It is important to us that our properties are available when you choose to travel. As a LUSSO Member you are always on a level playing field when reserving properties. This provides you flexibility to plan ahead for those special occasions, schedule trips within the year as you might normally do, or even travel at the spur of moment should you desire.

In addition we boast one of the lowest members-to-property ratio in the industry—5.5:1 and deliberately underutilize our properties, with an expected occupancy of no more than about 50 percent on average throughout the year.
