It's important our properties are available when you choose to use them.
Which is why we boast one of the best members-to-property ratios in the industry—5.5:1. We deliberately underutilize our properties, with an expected occupancy of no more than about 50 percent on average throughout the year.
Ultimately, you'll have access to 100 multi-million dollar residences in approximately 30 of the most desirable destinations on earth, with no limitation on total annual usage (except for Group or Corporate Members) and subject only to the Club's reservation policies. And with LUSSO, there are never additional fees or nightly charges.
Our reservation policies and membership structure have been developed to provide Members with the ability to plan two-years ahead or to travel at a moment's notice. And our proprietary online, real-time reservation system makes it simple to look at your options.
Another way we help ensure access and availability is by distributing membership on a geographical basis, which balances out seasonal travel habits from region to region. Furthermore, we limit the number of Members with school-aged children to around 35 percent of the total membership, which helps avoid excessive usage during the school holiday periods. And, all Members are guaranteed one holiday period reservation every year through our holiday priority reservation system. In reality, our Members find they are able to make reservations on multiple holidays each year.
Your membership will become a valuable family treasure. You can gift two weeks each year (at no charge) to a family member over the age of 25, without the primary Member or spouse accompanying them. And once every five years, your membership can be transferred to a qualifying family member at no charge. Furthermore, on death your membership is transferable to a qualifying family member (again without charge). In essence, your Club membership is perpetual.
And if ever you choose to leave the Club, your membership deposit is of course 100 percent refundable.
