This year, we conducted our first annual Member Survey. We were pleased to find that our Members are clearly enjoying their travels and experiences with the Club. In addition to gauging Member satisfaction levels with the Club, the survey also provided us valuable information as we look at acquiring new properties and enhancing our services.
