When we can provide a valued additional offering to our Members, at no cost to the Club, and also support a worthy cause at the same time, we are of course delighted to do so.

In this spirit, LUSSO has created a partnership with the US Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA). The USSA is the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding, providing leadership and direction for tens of thousands of young skiers and snowboarders who share an Olympic dream. Among other things, the USSA selects the Olympic ski and snowboard teams to represent the United States. Unlike similar organizations in other countries, the USSA is not government funded but is dependent on its own initiatives to generate funding. Each year, the USSA "mints" the USSA Gold Pass in a limited number. The proceeds from the sale of these Gold Passes contribute to the organization's financial resources. The Gold Pass entitles the bearer to free slope access at 260 ski destinations in the United States.

As part of the relationship, each year LUSSO will procure two Gold Passes for each of its ski residences (where appropriate) enabling the party in residence to use these in place of lift tickets. The charge from LUSSO for use of the Gold Pass (so that the Club recovers its outlay) will typically be 30%-50% lower than a Member would pay for a daily lift ticket. The exact logistics of how the Gold Pass is used may differ between locations but LUSSO Members will always enjoy discounted daily ski rates and will often be able to avoid long lift ticket lines and proceed directly to the slopes.

This partnership offers several other benefits to our Members including access to some exclusive ski events nationwide.
