Founder and CEO

Steve Greer—founder, president and CEO of The LUSSO Collection—is a British national who has resided in the United States for the last nine years. The LUSSO Collection, founded in 2005, is a new destination club in the rapidly growing segment of luxury residence clubs. The LUSSO Collection offers its Members unlimited usage to a portfolio of luxury vacation residences in a variety of the world's most sought-after destinations.

Prior to raising the financing and founding LUSSO, Mr. Greer was chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Rapala VMC Corporation (Rapala), a Finnish company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange with sales of $220 million and approximately 3,000 employees in 23 countries.

Mr. Greer holds a B.A. (Hons) in European Business Studies from Buckinghamshire College located near London, England and is a qualified chartered accountant (CPA equivalent).

In his role as Rapala's chief operating officer, Mr. Greer oversaw a worldwide group of manufacturing, distribution and marketing companies. Responsibilities during this time included hiring a professional team of managers in a variety of disciplines (operations, sales, marketing, product development, finance, IT) and bringing them together to run Rapala's significant U.S. operations. He also directed the merging and integration of several corporate acquisitions worldwide.

Mr. Greer served as a key member of the group's strategic board and oversaw rapid change in the group's operations in response to changing market conditions. Financially, he was responsible for all investor and banking relationships of the group and for the evaluation of both organic and acquisition growth opportunities.

In addition, Mr. Greer spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse in London and Los Angeles, specializing in corporate advisory work.

Prior to and during his career with Price Waterhouse, Mr. Greer had approximately ten years' exposure to, and direct involvement in, a variety of hospitality and luxury products, ranging from hotel management to airlines and travel agencies. He has traveled extensively throughout the world, and is married with two young sons.
