Kiersten Hegna
Vice President, Service Delivery

Kiersten Hegna has been with The LUSSO Collection since its inception. She first served as director of member services. In this position, she was responsible for ensuring that LUSSO Members received extraordinary Club experiences including the introduction of new Members to the Club, trip planning services and post-trip follow-up. In addition, Kiersten led the development of LUSSO's proprietary online, real-time reservation system. She also founded and participated in LUSSO's Members Advisory Committee, the Annual Member Survey and has been instrumental in developing ongoing Club policies and amenities based on Member feedback.

Kiersten now serves as vice president of service delivery. In her position, Kiersten oversees all aspects of Members' experiences and manages the various LUSSO teams charged with perfecting service delivery including property integration, member services, and concierge services. Kiersten is dedicated to being an advocate for LUSSO Members and to continually improving upon all aspects of Members' experience as well as finding new ways to exceed their expectations.
